Is this really so bad?
I was supposed to go to my Mary Kay business meeting tonight. I usually go every other week. Anyway, I'm really tired today, most likely because of daylight savings time and being pregnant and stuff. The last time I was this tired I had to roll down the windows to stay awake while driving home. I decided not to go tonight and to go next week when I'm not thrown off by the stupid seasons changing.

Of course I told my husband I wasn't going and he just HAD to make me feel bad about it. So now I feel guilty. I need someone to agree with me that I made the right choice.

{Reaches through monitor and whacks your spouse over the head with her cane}

You made the right choice for YOU AND THE BABY!!!!!! That life, that baby in you is more important than possibly risking both of your lives by driving to a meeting at night tired, and possibly falling asleep at the wheel driving home!!! Even if you weren't pregnant, no meeting is worth your life!!!

{Whacks your spouse more with cane} He does NOT want me to have to come up there and go all Momma Bear on his hiney. I'm with ganeris - until he can grow a pair - ovaries, that is - and a womb, he doesn't get to have stupid opinions that make you feel guilty for CARING FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF YOUR BABY!!!!!!

And before he asks, no, I'm not PMSing. He should consider himself fortunate that I do NOT PMS. {Growls in his general direction}
